(1) For the purpose of sub-section (1) and (2) of section 7 of the Act, a Land Registration Committee shall be formed in each land office area with the following chairman and members:-
(a) Chief Shipping Office – Chairman
(b) Head, Surveyor Branch – Member
(c) Senior Staff of the Port Office – Member
(2) The procedure for the meeting of the committee formed according to sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the said committee.
(3) The Department of Shipping may give necessary instructions to the committee constituted as per sub-rule (1) from time to time and it shall be the duty of the said committee to comply with such instructions.
